Hello. I am so sorry about your brother. Tell him to hang in there and try not to get discouraged. I also have AA. I have been treated with ATG (horse serum) and am now undergoing treatment with rabbit serum. Will do what ever it takes! I am also on the registry for tansplant if needed. I know there are clinical trials he can try. You can look up hospitals and doctors on the internet. I found some just by trial and error. They also have people you can call and write do with the same disease. It is very helpful. They have lots of info. I wish you the very best! Connie
