I injured my back while holding my 2 yr. old and attempting to sit on the floor with him. I felt the pain when it happened it felt like an electrical shock up my spine. Since then I have been having headaches, which I never get, and still pain in my lower back. I can't sleep on my back because the pain wakes me, yet its painful to roll to my side. Plese give me your opinion on what it could be or if I should go to the ER.
