My husband has diabetic neuropathy, and very damaged peripheral nerves. For the last couple of weeks he has been in great pain in his bones, joints, and a very severe headache. No pain killers seem to be making a difference. He seems to be losing strength in general, and he seems to have a pain round the kidney area (both sides) The doc says it is muscular. Question -- does the diabetic neuropathy attack every area of the body? Could these symptoms all be a part of the same disease?. I worry that everything is put down to the diabetis, when it could be something else. Any help appreciated Anne Himmons (United Kingdom)
