                        Hi.  I have had them for years, but as I get older, I have less.  One thing, avoid citus and acidy and greasy foods, or only eat a little.  Someone told me to eat burned foods or take charcoal pills.  Also, at your age, you could have scars in your mouth like I do.  Careful how you chew and avoid chewing gum.  If you are a nervous type, read self help info. on relaxing and avoiding stress.  One more thing, a warm salt water mouth wash several times a day may help.  I really don't know of any good medication to help.  Good luck!  Connie
