                        Have you considered following the Atkins diet.  I too have hypoglycemia and started Atkins a year ago.  Now I feel almost 100% better.  You eat low or no carbs and eat mostly meat,eggs,cheese and some vegtables.  There are many book and websites on this diet.  Right now I am on a different diet that is similiar.  You can have carb but they only can be in whole wheat,with this diet too I still feel good.
