Any ideas on getting rid of post nasal drip? I wake up in the night feeling that there is phlegm stuck somewhere between my nose and my throat and I can't swallow it. I am on medication for acid reflux and taking claritin D and a prescrip. nasal spray. While it seems to go away sometimes, it always comes back and keeps me awake hours at night. Thanks.
