Don't read if you want good news I responded with sympathy I was on a roller coaster at 19 and my jaw locked open.... this started my TMJ problems. I suffer every morning with a headache and I only chew soft things. I have had therapy like you even surgery on both sides (just don't let a D.D.S surgeon operate) mine nor others are qualified. I have been to 6 so called TMJ specialists. There is a new device your dentist should know about for migraines and that might help my dentist told me, but insurance is not yet paying for it. I have checked in with an orthopedic surgeon and he is looking into the matter. If you ever want to have support just email me. denise
