I have had muscle pain and weakness since 1976-it sounds similar to Fibromyalgia type symptoms. I have found that taking Malic Acid and Magnesium makes quite a difference. Also, altho' it sounds contraindicative-exercise is the very best relief for muscle weakness. Swimming, and weight lifting with 2 to 3 pound weights really helps relieve the pain.
