I am so sorry to hear about your distress with your vertigo which is pretty much the same as I have had some time ago. The fact that nothing showed up on an MRI and that the trouble seems to be coming from your right side leads me to believe that it is your right ear/sinus and possibly gum with maybe a tooth absess that could be causing middle ear infection or middle ear inflammation from another cause. The fact that you have pain in the right of the neck might bea lwer jaw tooth abcess, An ear nose and throat specialist should be able to check your ears and these do not show up so well on an MRI but a CAT scan shows the sinuses much better.
