Courtney, you have to get the stress out of your life once and for all. Whatever it may be!!! Talk to someone, anyone that you can trust. Seek your church and pastor for help. You obviously have been this way for some time and your body is telling you. Listen to it. Stress is a number one killer. Watch your diet also. Too much caffeine, junk food etc doesn't help. Go to your doctor for a complete physical. But deal with your stress. It is coming from a source or sources and circumstances or people in your life. Deal with it and confront it boldly !!!! Even if it means removing yourself from the situation or person/persons. You'll be happier and healthier. You decide. Seek . and you will find.
