                        Try the Zone or 40-30-30 diet.  It aims to balance blood sugar.  (I like "The Formula" by Daoust -- it is easy to follow.)    Also supplement with magnesium and vitamin B100 as this diet removes flours, and other starches which have these.  Also use cold-water fish (tuna, salmon, etc.) as your protein source.    Lastly, consider using curry powder and chromium as they help to increase your glucose tolerance.    Hope it helps.
