yes there is a end to pmr. I believe it has passed after 5 horriable years. The aches and stiffness has eased up. I can finally feel a difference in my body. But not with any consequences, my muscles are so weak,my spine. Iwill never be the whole person i used to be. I probaly never be off presdione.Still take 15mg. Good luck .
