He didn't know what he was looking for when he "ran all the test" he had to rule out every other possible illness first..which is expensive... DID he send you to a sleep clinic to be evaluated??? That is about the only test which really indicates FMS/CFS... because there is also a definate sleep disorder with FMS .. Did he give you flexeril?? or the generic..cyclobenzophrine? The vitamens you mention are fine...but do not cure or especially help ...
