You poor dear. I thank God I got it after my children were grown.The fatigue is terrible but I have done much better on a drug the MD gave me called Provigil. It is usually used for narcolepsy patients to help them stay awake. It doesn't give you a high or leave you with a bang and doesn't affect the pain. It does, however, keep you going and alert.I use it sporadically when I feel I should be extra keen.
