Does she tend to get constipated? I have a daughter who does, and the constipation manifests itself as stomach ache, headache, and intestinal gas. The leg pains are consistent with "growing pains" but other things can also cause leg achiness. The low grade fever is puzzling and would seem to indicate infection.
