I work for the Alzheimer's Association. We get many calls from people who are worried about their memory. We hear so much these days about Alzheimer's disease and we worry when we forget things. What I usually tell people is that there are many things that can affect a person's memory and ability to concentrate. Stress, anxiety, depression, hormonal imbalances, medication interactions, sleep deprivation...the list is long. If you are constantly worried about this and particularly if you find these symptoms worsening, a visit to the doctor is definitely in order to try to determine the cause of your problems. Good luck.
