Hello, I was recently diagnosed with cervical dysplasia at the intermediate level. The first doctor I went to wanted to do cryo therapy, but the second opinion that i got told me to wait 4 months because there is a 60% regression rate for the cells to change back to normal. I am waiting to go back to see if anything has improved, but do you have any advice on what to do to best trust doctors and ensure that I take the right measures?? I am 23, so it is pretty frightning not to know what steps to take. Thanks for your time. Amanda
