                        I have had IBS for many years, the thing  that helps me is  taking Psyllium capsules, found in health-food areas.  Also when your stomach is acting up because of IBS,taking peppermint supplements helps calm tha stomach down. This helps usally but it is  not a all out cure,due to the fact that somethings will irritate it no matter what, not to mention taking a good B-Complex vitamin, that has everything in it.
