i just had a pelvic ultrasound done because of urinary frequency and constant urge to go. all urine tests came up negative. the ultrasound report says i have an incidental dominant follicle measuring 20mm on the left ovary. is this a cyst? ever since the ultrasound (done yesterday), it feels as if my left ovary aches and i have a pain that feels like it wraps around from my back to my side to my front left ovary. any thoughts? the pain is a crampy pain mostly.
