Have you heard of Probiotics? These are "friendly bacteria," one of which is called Acidophilous. You may have seen some dairy products listing this ingredient, such as yogurt! You can buy Probiotics/Acidophilous products at a health food store and take note they will be refrigerated and should be kept so when you get them home. I believe anyone who has been taking antibiotics should also do Probiotics to restore the "friendly bacteria" the antibiotics also "kill off" while attacking the bad bacteria for which you are taking them. Of course, check with your Dr. first but I sincerely believe Probiotics will help you a lot. If nothing else, eat some plain yogurt daily. I add raw oatmeal to it for the extra benefits that provides (fiber, etc). I hope this helps.
