I was sent to physical therapy for fibro myalgia. The next day I couldn't get out of bed. My back hurt so bad. I definitely will not get another massage. What helps other people may not help you. I can't be touched in a hard way or even soft on any part of my body. It may not hurt at the time one gets the massage but later - pain, pain.
