How much weight has she lost? Realize that the disease is not a choice to have, because it is a real disease, not a habit. DO NOT try to quilt trip her or blame her. Just love her and try to raise her self-esteem. Do not ever focus a thing on her weight or size, just ignore it. Express your concern, but be supportive. Most of all, get her help before she slips in too deep. Even if she only see's a counselor a few times, it helps. I'm had an eating disorder for five years and I have absolutely NO idea or hope of controlling it. My body hurts and I live a "closet", avoiding emotions and reality. I would give anithing in the world to have known what it would be like when i started because i would have gotten help sooner. Best luck and prayers
