Hi Bernice, Have you had any side effects from the Prednisone you have been on? I have PMR, too, and I have been taking Prednisone for almost 4 months, now, and I am concerned about side effects that might occur, since I have to be on this drug for possibly 2 or 3 years. My doctor says that a low dose of 5 mg should be safe, but I keep reading on message boards that side effects can occur with long term use. Hope you are doing well. You can email me if you like.
