                        I too have hypothyroidism.  My problem is if I eat anything with sugar in it in the morning, I get the shakes about 1 1/2 hours later. I dont know if Im hypoglycemic or what. I dont think my body handles sugar right. I walk 3 miles 3-4 times a week and watch what I eat and still do no lose weight. I 43.
