                        Hi There  I don't have any advise but am emailing you to tell you that you are not alone.  I too suffer from the same thing and am trying to get myself back to good health ... I understand how frustrating it is.  I also get dizzy spells ... the best thing to do is to eat something every 3-4 hours and this will help level off that horrible feeling when you have gone too long without food.  Other than that, I would appreciate someone else's opinion and suggestions ... it's nice to know that someone else feels like I do.
