i find it difficult to believe that you could have arkinsons AND tourettes. Often parkinsons treatment (for some symptoms you describe)can cause TS symptoms, but chemically they are opposite. TS is a surplus of dopamine, Parkinsons is a defficiency. quit drinking, get to a real doctor and get on a few good medications.
