Yes, you can if you had unprotected sex with someone..I dont care what the doctor says you will spread this disease..also, all because you dont show signs does not mean for you not to go and tell your doctor what has happened hopefully you have a lady for a doctor, she will want for you to come in get tested probably every so many months to make sure that you have not contracted any other diseases..it is dormate in you now...it will come out eventually...im sorry..but you will always have no matter if a doctor tells you that its cleared up and you can lead a normal life now..no its there its a part of you now!! you can email me and i will be your friend and help you get through this..
