A very simple remedy and a very natural one is to wash and slice one to two Kiwi fruit a day for your daughter to eat raw with the skins on as well. If she does not eat raw fruit [I believe some children do not] add it to yougurt or breakfast cereal or make a banana and Kiwifruit smoothie! It is amazingly effective and many New Zealanders eat raw Kiwifruit, not only because they like them but they do prevent constipation so easily. Good luck, the poor little soul needs it doesn't she.
