I am a 25yr male with the same, with the exception of the jugular vein. they first mis-diagnosed me, then to coumadin they did run TPA through me in january, which causes all of my pain between my shoulder blades and up through my left shoulder. they still dont know what caused mine. I have had two clots develope in my arm since october12(when they first DIAGNOSED me with a clot) I had what felt like a heart attack-they spotted something on the cq scan but decided to wait till the next day to do a vq(they said it was just stress)(which i dont believe)I still suffer from the pain-I suppose its tolerable-i just been trying to block it out-the main pain i feel is from where they stuck the catheter up through my arm and the rod all the way across the shoulder. I am leaving monday to bethesda naval hospital - hopefully they can find something wrong. Other than this blood clot I am 100% healthy
