I also suffer from severe Tinnitus caused by a minor operation in the right ear, when the tinnitus is too loud I have headaches which disturb my life, I had to give up work, I agree that people don't understand how miserable our life is, if you had a health check up, well at the moment there is no cure really, try to avoid noise, stress, anger, join a tinnitus association, try to make friends among tinnitus sufferers, we can help each other and teach people about this problem.
