Arlene, the shots are demeral(pain shot) but it makes you sleep the headache off, however, sometimes a dull headache will still be around the next morning. The Imitrex really works. I've never been diagnosed with hypoglycemia. Seems like alot of people who get migraines are hypoglycemic. I am 42, am on hormone replacement, and do not eat much meat. Does protein really play that big a part in this story.
