Consider having an IGG blood test for food intolerances, i have heard many reports that identifying intolerances and then removing these completely (no cheating)from ones diet can improve this and many conditions. I hasten to say that it appears the older the individual, the longer it takes to feel/see improvements, perhaps up to two years, so one has to be patient and be prepared to give this route enough time to show any results. I believe Casein and Gluten-wheat, rye, barley etc; E's-additives and food colourings tend to be the biggest culprits for triggering these auto-immune conditions. It's certainly worthy of at least trying, i hope this helps you. Best wishes, margaret.
