I teach asthma management, and I have it too. Yours is way out of control and you need to get in control. What are your peakflows? Do you have a peakflow meter? Have you and are you on steroidal inhalers, like azmacourt, or vanceril, or flow vent? Do you have a rescue inhaler? Feel free to email me! Many things cause Asthma, and you may be sensitive to several triggers,dust cat mold, foods,etc.You don't have to feel this bad, so please get help! Good luck!
