I want to quit my job, and don't know what to do. My type of work has cause my neck injury. And the doctors told me as long as I stay there, I will get worst to the point that I will have to have neck surgey. I have a bulging disk C3-4 that I feel is causing my right arm to go completly numb or I pretty much have none stop tingling in fingers. I have a herniated disk in C5-6. I don't know what else to do, or where else to turn to about my problem. I've been off from work for at least 2 months. And no income, no sick leave. I want to go on disability get a new career, but now sure how to go about it. Please Help!
