I had my gall bladder removed last fall. I found that if I ate foods that were around 5 grams of fat or less, I was okay. After January, I have been able to eat more fat in my diet, but I find if I have a very rich meal, or a lot of fat content, then I have gas, and diarreha. I suppose eating low fat foods and rich foods in moderation is better for me anyway :) I have created a few lowfat recipes and gotten a lot of good recipes from Weight Watchers. I would be glad to share with anyone.
