Look at the food you get. Chocolate can give migranes as well as whole milk and milk products, cheese, yogurt, imitation sour cream, smoked meats anything with nitrates like hot dogs, bologna, bacon, ham,salami,wurst,pickled herring. Substitute with fresh meat & fish. Some fruits and vegetables like avocados, onions,raisins,nuts, lima beans, figs,plums. Citrus fruits, bansnas and melons do not cause headaches. Freshly baked dreads,doughnuts, cakes, anything with fresh yeast. Commerical baked goods are less likely to cause headaches. Caffeine-containing beverages like tea, coffee abd cola dilate the blood vessels which causes headaches. Beer, red wine contain tyramine which causes headaches, Monosodium glutuamate and other favor enchancers cause headaches. I will pray for you for God to give you wisdom and also heal you. I also found out it is the amount you eat also that cause headaches.
