I have just been diagnosed with Lichen Planus. I did start with it on my skin, small spots, then it started in my mouth. My skin has now cleared up but my mouth is still very sore with continuous blisters, especially when I try to eat anything slightly salty and spicey. I had my results today, after they did a biobsy on my mouth a week ago. I don't like taking steroids but my first option is an oral mouth wash 3 to 4 times a day. I'll let you know how I get on. Please get it sorted now so you know what you'r dealing with. It's a miserable disease, I hope I get rid of soon.
