                        I have fibromyalgia and it is no treat.  When I wake up in the morning I stretch my back by pulling my right knee up to my chest then I do the left knee the same way.  Then I do both knees to my chest.  This helps loosen you up.  I went and seen a doctor for Arthritis & Rumatic Diseases.  The best thing that helped me was Ultram a Pain medication.  It also gave me energy.  It made me feel like a human being.    Just keep forcing yourself to do things.  It isn't easy.  I bought a couple of books on Fibromyalgia and they helped.
