                        Fibromyalgia is very hard to live with.  I am at my best when I make lists of what I have to do the next day.  Then when I wake up stiff and sore I roll over, put my feet on the floor and do the first thing on the list.  Some days I do the first two or three things on the list before I feel I can handle the rest of the day.  I find that if I leave the list making until the next morning I end up with no desire to get out of bed let alone being able to think of anything to put on a list.  I also noticed using a day planner gives me satisfaction when I look back at all I have accomplished.
