I just found out I have fibro mylagia. The doc put me on flexeril at night, and ultram for the pain. He also ordered physical therapy. I haven't started the ultram yet. I'm already taking numerous meds for other illnesses I have. I am very allergic to alot of medications. I'm really nervous about taking the ultram. I am disabled and not able to drive, so going to a gym to excercise is out. I have meniere's disease and the balance nerve to my brain was cut, excercising alone is not a good thing either. Any other ideas?
