i have a mild doze of vertigo. i find it is good to begin the day well, if i am sleeping on my back and it is time to get up i turn to my right hand side of the bed and count slowly to 30 then i sit up on the side of the bed and count slowly to 60 and then i stand up beside the bed and see how my blance is. also i find it is better to keep my body cool ie minimum clothing and stayin airconditioned atmospher where i am cool. i avoid hot drinks in the summer. it is important to keep your forehead up avoiding looking down. good luck
