I have Multiple Sclerosis and the vertigo goes along with the deseases. I have been on Baclofen for almost 2 years now. For me it has worked better than the meds you are on but it may not for you. Since your balance comes from signals from the brain, I do not beleive Acupunture or any outside thing would help. Next is more of the same, I am sorry to say. Times people think I am Drunk and I never drink alcohol. I don't know your age but I do know that there are better drugs than the one you are on and I would discuss it with your doctor. Just speaking from 20 yrs of experience. Hope you get help and one word of advice, learn to drop to the floor and not fall or hang on to anything will save some fractures for you. Good Luck.
