I'm a breast cancer survivor also, I've had someswellingin the arm etc. But I went to a lymphedema theropist. She was wonderful. Get started early. There is treatments and they do work. I'm sure you can find someone in your area if not I have a phone number and address for the lymphedama society. Doctors don't know a lot about the disease because they are trained in this area.
