I have had most of these symptoms also, and have found some relief by using soy products and grinding up flax seed and putting it in my oatmeal every day. I never thought it would make that much difference but it has. My sister put me on to this and it really works. Some mornings I will take half a cake of tofu and put it in the blender with orange juice,a banana & ground up flax seed, blend it up and drink it other mornings I will make oatmeal with ground flax seed and add raisins and other grains and it is really good. Drink soy milk during the day and at night be sure and have something else with soy and flax seeds involved and in two weeks you will see a difference. There is a book called "The Estrogen Book" and it has all the recipes you will need.
