have Ankylosing Spondylitis which is an inflammatory arthritis of the spine. You can find excellent exercises in a booklet called Straight Talk about Spondylitis. Also I have found that taking a weekly yoga class has helped me tremndously. You don't mention if your arthritis is osteo or inflammatory. I've been on an antibiotic treatment about 6 months and have about 50% reduction in pain and fatigue. Full remission of symptoms takes an average of one year. It really works but most traditional rheumatologists don't want to hear about it.
