                        I have arthritis of the spine and when the   pain is in my shoulders and between the shoulder blades  I do this specific exercise to releave that pain  I stand as straight as possible and place my arms  like I am trying to put my elbows in my back  pockets and hold it for the count of ten. I   do this many times per day. It is a great  releaf.
