I understand how you feel. I have had Epstein Barr for about 10 years now. I was diagnosed when I was 17. It is tough, you do pick up a bunch of infections. Infections that I never had before I was diagnosed: ear infections, bronchitits, tonsilitis and pink eye. When I was really sick, when someone sneezed I would then get a cold. But, the good part is you do get better, slwoly over time. I have never been the same, but I am much, much better. You can pick up information from literature, but I would be very careful, some of it seems to be propagandous, but others have been helpful. Just believe that you will get better and this eventaully fade away.
