                        I have been diagnosed with both Lupus and Fibromyalgia....and the treatment varies from season to season as the symptoms keep jumping around.  Nonsteroidals, yoga, daily walking at least 2 miles, Flexeril and something for sleep as sleep is hard to come by are what I use on a daily basis.  I think the biggest mistake I made was thinking that I could somehow through meds or otherwise return to a normal life or the life I had before Lupus and FM....that is not going to happen.  Eventually you know that the best that can happen is for the symptoms to be less painful.  I also take Ginger root (available in the health food stores) for a natural anti-inflammatory (and tumeric is also a good one).  Swimming is considered the best activity as is walking daily.  Hope for the best and keep moving....that's my regimen.
