I have fibromyalgia, exercise(walking) does seem to be the key .I have had it for 12 years that i know of it took the docs many years to figure out what was wrong .It is something you have to learn to live with . Im tired a lot even if i sleep 10 hours i feel like i could go back to sleep a few hours later I fight that off by working in my resale store small store that I run by myself just enough to keep me going and still feel useful I was working 12 hours a day 6 days a week for 7 years owned a used car lot then i was hit with fibro .any one with fibro want to email me maybe we can share our experience ..Keep positive attitude..SO IMPORTANT!
