Where did you get this protocol of what to take. I've been riding stationary bike for two months, 8 minutes, now ten, and STILL am totally out of breath by minute #2, the rest is really hard, I get lightheaded, and the only improvement is that NOW I don't feel like death warmed over after being off it. IE, I recover sooner. I still feel no benfit, but will keep it up.
